Common Issues
Please ensure you have allowed microphone access in your browser settings. Try refreshing the page or checking your system's sound input settings.
Sometimes AI processing takes a moment. If it fails, please check your internet connection and try recording again. Shorter recordings (under 2 minutes) work best.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your subscription page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and are not refunded for unused time, except where required by law. For billing questions or charges you believe were made in error, contact us at support@contextalearning.com. Full details are in our Terms.
You can delete individual texts and recordings from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact support or use the delete account option in settings if available.
