Sometimes AI processing takes a moment. If it fails, please check your internet connection and try recording again. Shorter recordings (under 90 seconds) work best.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time from your subscription page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year and are not refunded for unused time, except where required by law. You can delete individual sessions and recordings from the portal. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact support or use the delete account option in settings if available.
